Our mission
As the world needs a more sustainable agriculture system to feed the increasing population, our mission is to practice the best sustainable growing system by knowing how science works to achieve premium-quality microgreens, sprouts and vegetable greens.
MICROGREENS
Microgreens are vegetable greens harvested just after the cotyledon leaves have developed. They are considered baby plants, falling between a sprout and baby green. They are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavour and texture enhancement. They are in various flavours such as sweet, spicy, and earthy. Microgreens are packed with nutrients. While their nutrient contents vary slightly, most varieties tend to be rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and copper. Not only, but also, they often contain higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens. Therefore, add those living foods into your current diet to increase the nutrient content of your meals for a healthy living pattern. You can use them in salads, sandwiches, wraps, tacos and so on. Add to cooked meals once removed from heat, such as stir-fry and soups. Or enjoy as a snack or a living food salad mix!
